symantec url reputation protection is disabled

The reason why I asked this is because I have seen many people complaining about URL reputation once they upgraded and I do want to be in the same situation where once we upgrade things start to break. I am just trying to be pro-active to be sure that things will not break once we upgrade as our environment is currently smooth. I haven't upgraded yet, we are planning to upgrade. We need to know this as we are planning to upgrade to 14.3 RU1 MP1. Even then, are we supposed to have issues on clients like them showing disabled with red icon, like what everyone experienced with URL Reputation where they were seeing agents as Disabled. On SEPM if we lock the option for unable URL Reputation and uncheck it.
